Hi! My name is Katie Watt: I'm a mother of two and 3rd Generation Salt Springer. I have been certified and practicing Yoga since 2010. My love of yoga started while practicing with my father as a child. The foundation of my practice unites awareness in the physical body with the inner emotional/spiritual self. I strive to promote the benefits of balancing body, breath, movement, and mindfulness in order to realize personal health and wellbeing. I believe this can be best realized in a personalized, small and private group setting preferrably in the outdoors.
